I have just purchased PrintMaster Gold V8.0 from the USA to upgrade from V3.0 It installed OK and produced an opening screen, but when I tried to access an option it came up with the following: ‘This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. Details PMW caused a stack fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 017f:bff724cl’. Would appreciate any help you could give.

After looking around the internet, I have found that some other people also get this error message when performing other operations, so it probably isn’t a problem particular to your computer. I suggest that, if you have not already done so, reinstall the software to replace any possibly corrupt files which could be causing your problem. If this does not help, I suggest that you contact Mindscape (the makers of PrintMaster) technical support and see what they can do to help fix your problem.
