Content Advisor

How do I permanently get rid of the Contents Advisor dialogue box that pops up on my screen from time to time? I run Windows 95 and our PC is only used by two of us. Neither has requested any form of net censorship but this dialogue box seems to have a life of its own, appearing sometimes before accessing Hotmail, sometimes between
changing web pages and sometimes not at all. I am presented with three options and asked for a password. Usually just clicking the ‘Always view this page’ option followed by ‘Ok’ removes the Contents Advisor and I continue typing or browsing but it happens again next time. When I phoned my ISP he started talking about re-formatting my PC and other complicated, expensive options but surely there’s an easier way to get rid of something I never asked for in the first place. Could I have inadvertently clicked on some security setting? The reason that the Contents Advisor is appearing is because it has somehow been enabled in the Internet Options. To disable the contents advisor, open Internet Explorer and either go to the ‘View’ or ‘Tools’ menu (depending on your version of Internet Explorer) and click ‘Internet Options’. In the Internet Options window that appears, click the ‘Content’ tab, and click the ‘Disable’ button under the ‘Content Advisor’ heading.
