When I right click on Start, the open and explore menu items are always grayed out and I cannot access them. Hope you may be able to help. I am using Windows 98.

Firstly you will need to install TweakUI on your computer (if you already have TweakUI installed then skip this step). Insert your Windows 98 CD onto your CD-ROM drive and navigate to the TOOLSRESKITPOWERTOY directory. In this folder, right-click on the ‘Tweakui.inf’ file and click ‘Install’. Follow the instructions on the screen to install TweakUI. Once this is installed, go to the ‘Start’ menu > ‘Settings’ > ‘Control Panel’ and open the ‘TweakUI’ control panel. After the TweakUI window appears, click the ‘My Computer’ tab and make sure that ALL of the drives are checked. If any are unchecked, check them, click the ‘Apply’ button, click the ‘Ok’ button to close the TweakUI window, and finally restart your computer.
