Somehow I have lost the menu and toolbar from the top of Word. All I have is the blue section on top with the ruler immediately underneath. I tried to rectify the problem by deleting Word and reinstalling it but that did not work. Any ideas?

This problem can be caused by a number of factors. It could be caused because full screen mode is enabled, the menu or toolbars are not active, a macro runs when Word starts, a program has altered the Word user interface, the Windows registry has a damaged Word Data key, or print preview is enabled.
