Windows password prompt

  • I had to reinstall Windows as my scanner and camera software would not install on my computer. Now I encounter a Windows password prompt whenever I boot up my computer. Secondly, my Dial-up Networking box now has the ‘Save Password’ and ‘Connect Automatically’ boxes grayed out. Can you please help?
