Word Art may only be used to embed objects. It must be started from within another program

Recently, an error message appears every time I start up the computer. The message is that ‘Word Art may only be used to embed objects. It must be started from within another program’. I never use WordArt so far as I know. How can I get rid of the error message? I use Windows 95, Word, and Works
It seems that somehow WordArt has been assigned to start when Windows loads. Firstly, check the ‘Startup’ start menu group to see whether this contains a shortcut to WordArt. If so, you will have to delete the shortcut by going to the ‘Start’ menu > ‘Settings’ > ‘Taskbar and Start Menu’. In the window that appears, click the ‘Advanced’ tab and the remove button to select the item (ie. WordArt) you wish to remove from the start menu. If there is no reference to WordArt in the start menu, you will have to go into the registry to remove the reference to load at startup. Go to the ‘Start’ menu > ‘Run’. In the dialogue box that appears, type ‘regedit’ (without the quotes) and press OK. Navigate through the registry ‘tree’ to the following entry: HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun. Check the right-hand pane for any references to WordArt. If found, click to select the reference and press DEL to delete that reference. However, if there are no references, then de-expand the HKEY_CURRENT_USER tree and then expand the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE tree and navigate to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun entry. Please make sure that you do not edit anything else in the registry and only delete the reference to WordArt if you are absolutely sure that it is the correct reference. The registry is a vital part of Windows that shouldn’t be edited unless you know what you are doing.
