I have received two emails but I have been unable to open the attachments. Instead the following message appears: ‘OE has removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail: (subject)’. What is going on?
Open Outlook Express and go to the ‘Tools’ menu > ‘Options’. In the window that appears, click the ‘Security’ tab and untick ‘Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus’. Click OK.
