preview.dlg error

Whenever I attempt to print an email the following error appears: ‘An error has occurred in the script on this page. Line: 1344. Char: 1. Error: Unspecified Error. Code: 0. URL: res://C:WINDOWSsystem32shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg. Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? Yes No’. I am using Outlook Express 6, but the same problem also occurs in Microsoft Outlook.
I have seen this problem before and it can be caused when the OLE32.DLL file is not correctly registered in Windows. So, we can first try re-registering the file. Go to the ‘Start’ menu > ‘Run’ and type the following command:
Regsvr32.exe %Windir%System32Ole32.dll
A message will appear confirming the DllRegisterServer has succeeded. Click OK to close the message. Try printing to see whether the problem has been resolved. This is the most likely cause of the problem, so please let me know if this fixes the issue. If not, I will try to provide further assistance
