Windows Vista Time Zones

  • If you regularly deal with people in different time zones it could be useful to have an easy method to check the time in those different time zones. In Windows Vista you can add up to two additional clocks into the system tray for different time zones. Click on the Windows Vista clock and then select “Change date and time settings”. In the Date and Time window that appears click the “Additional Clocks” tab. Tick the checkboxes for the clock(s) that you wish to appear and then set the time zone and display name. Now when you click the clock in the system tray the window that appears will display multiple clocks, each representing different time zones.

Hi there. If this is the first time you are posting a comment it will not appear immediately, but needs to be approved. This is necessary in order to combat comment spam. However, once you have submitted a comment (which is subsequently approved) you do not need to go through this process again - the site remembers who you are and auto-approves your comments. Nifty eh? Anyway, sorry about the inconvenience that this may cause for your first comment post.
