Firefox 6

  • It seems like it was only a few months since Firefox 5.0 was released, and you would be correct in this assumption. However, as part of Mozilla’s new rapid release plan Firefox 6.0 was released on 16 August 2011. This new release adds a few user interface improvements along with a new permissions manager allowing you to be more granular regarding the information that you are willing to share with websites. The latest version of Firefox can be downloaded from www.mozilla.com.
