My computer is running Mac OS X 10.5.6 with Safari as the web browser. When returning to a previous page on a particular bank website a message appears saying “Are you sure you want to send a form again”. I appreciate that this is normal and part of the use protection process. However, recently the message has started appearing multiple times, requiring me to keep clicking the “Send” button. As this bank website is constantly updated, it requires frequent fresh updates involving going back to pages. As you can imagine, this message is getting quite frustrating. So that my wife’s email is not buried in my inbox I created a separate “additional mailbox” with our ISP and a separate identity in Outlook Express. However, all email sent to her email address still appears in my inbox. How can I fix this problem? The computer is running Windows XP. (more…)

Since upgrading to Mac OS X Leopard there are a number of blank emails within Mac Mail all dated 1 August 2008. I am unable to delete these emails no matter what I try. How can I get rid of these for good? (more…)

Searching Google for specific websites returns the correct results, but when I click the link it goes to a completely different website (with a different address showing in the Firefox address bar). The computer is running Windows XP Professional with ZoneAlarm, BitDefender, and StopZilla. Additionally, I regularly use RegCure and SpeedUpMyPC to keep the system well tuned. The same issue occurs regardless of the web browser that is being used, as it also occurs in Internet Explorer. Can you provide any suggestions for the cause of this issue? (more…)

Outlook times-out when I try to send emails larger than 1 MB. However, I am able to receive mail of any size and have no problems sending small messages. How can I send bigger files? (more…)
