A business acquaintance emails me and always has [SPAM?] as first word in the email subject line. How can this be removed from the email subject?

Can you explain in detail how to download a podcast to my computer, running Windows XP? I have noticed that in the past that you have recommended Audacity as part of the process.

When checking my email a few unopened messages always go directly into the Deleted Items folder. Why is this happening?

Whenever I visit Google all my past searches appear as a drop-down box against the Search field. Can you explain how to remove all these past searches? Clearing the Internet Explorer history does not resolve the issue. The computer is running Windows 98.

On opening Outlook 2000 a message appears on screen that ?Outlook.Exe - Entry Point Not found. The procedure entry point ?g_DebugFlags@@3HA could not be located in the dynamic link library mytilus.dll?. When I click OK to close the message everything continues to work fine, but I would like to get rid of this message. The computer is running Windows XP.
