When reactivating the screen after being idle for a period of time, the first thing that is displayed is the following error message: “Could not find the file swflash.ocx”. I click OK and the error message. There is a file with that name on the C: drive, but I am unsure what to do with the file. This has only been happening since I installed Windows XP Service Pack 2 on the computer.
