Outbound emails incorrect time

A few weeks ago our house experienced some power outages when sending email. While I did have some trouble getting back online, requiring some computer reboots, all the data appears to be intact and nothing has been lost. However, since this outage the clock in Outlook Express has been losing time. The time for incoming mail messages is correct, but the time for outbound (sent) messages is slow. How can I fix this problem? The computer is running Windows XP.

If you are interested in how Windows and other Microsoft products can be configured and used to their full potential, and are not afraid of some technical talk, then have a look at Microsoft TechNet.

Monitor dual view

My computer has a Soltek SL86SPE2-l) motherboard with an Nvidia Geforce 7600 GS running Windows XP. The computer has two monitors connected to the video card, but when attempting to active the dual monitor view I cannot see the second monitor in the display settings. This occurs in both the Windows Display control panel and the Nvidia Graphics utility. Downloading and install the latest drivers from Nvidia does not resolve the problem. How can I activate the second monitor connected to the computer?
